Security Global have recently launched a legislation awareness campaign based on the issues of employer and third party liability. Recent high profile cases such as Hawley v Luminar Leisure have highlighted the necessity of adequate provision for public and employer’s liability by security companies and operators.
Our legislation campaign aims to graphically show, by a series of hard hitting adverts and mailers, the potential consequences of ignoring the issue of liability. To view the current liability campaign go to www.securityglobal.co.uk/liability. Contact us directly if you would like advice on how liability may affect your business and how we could help. |
